It's been a whopping month since Haley had her last cold. So I guess we were due.
Haley came home from school last night with a fever. I should have know when she was completely silent in the car on the way home (normally she is chatty).
Last night, she laid on me (gawd forbid I eat dinner or go to the bathroom) until she finally fell asleep at 7:15.
This morning, she is actually perky. Go figure! But she still can't go to school...and honestly, I'm waiting for the perkiness to wear off and the whining to start. It's only a matter of time.
It's going to be a great long weekend. :)
